campaignWhat are the steps I should take to launch my first email marketing campaign?

I am new to email marketing and I am starting an email campaign for one of my sites with 1,500 subscribers that I have passively built over the last 10 months. I am sending out helpful tips in plain-text emails without any links back to my site. Next month I will have an eBook to sell, but I want to approach this in the least aggressive manner in order to maintain respect and loyalty of my subscribers and long-term site visitors. What advice can you give me?

How can I create a MailChimp Squeeze Page using HTML?

Does anyone know of a HTML template with integrated MailChimp support that I can use to create a Squeeze Page? I am not looking for something too complex, something like Nature Effect HTML Squeeze Page Template | Webbzo would be great. I need to be able to replace the dummy info with my own and integrate my MailChimp list into the page.
