How much will it cost to have email scripts written?

Can anyone recommend a digital marketing specialist who can provide me with a lead capture report and a series of 7-10 emails to send out to the leads, and provide me with an estimate of what this will cost? I am on a budget so I am looking for an affordable option.

Have you had any experience with an email service similar to Aweber that does not ban clickbank links with a spam score of 10, and is also around the same cost? How can I create a MailChimp Squeeze Page using HTML?

Does anyone know of a HTML template with integrated MailChimp support that I can use to create a Squeeze Page? I am not looking for something too complex, something like Nature Effect HTML Squeeze Page Template | Webbzo would be great. I need to be able to replace the dummy info with my own and integrate my MailChimp list into the page.
