What advice do you have for building a list that makes you money?

My advice is to use single optin for your list building, use autoresponders instead of broadcasts, avoid selling solo ads, be careful when buying PPC traffic, and build your list from product launches. Additionally, you need to manage your CPL and get a flow of leads, and let your autoresponder do the work. Tweak your emails and add new ones to keep you busy. Finally, don’t expect too much from solo ad vendors, as they often sell the same traffic to multiple vendors.

How can I create a MailChimp Squeeze Page using HTML?

Does anyone know of a HTML template with integrated MailChimp support that I can use to create a Squeeze Page? I am not looking for something too complex, something like Nature Effect HTML Squeeze Page Template | Webbzo would be great.
