What are the benefits of testing Squeeze Pages?

Do you think using adfly is a good way to test Squeezepages with a small budget, or is the quality of the traffic too low to yield valuable optin rates?

How can I create a MailChimp Squeeze Page using HTML?

Does anyone know of a HTML template with integrated MailChimp support that I can use to create a Squeeze Page? I am not looking for something too complex, something like Nature Effect HTML Squeeze Page Template | Webbzo would be great. I need to be able to replace the dummy info with my own and integrate my MailChimp list into the page.
