What is the acceptable percentage of emails that can be classified as spam when sending cold emails?

If I am using a dedicated IP to send cold emails, is there a chance that some of them will end up in the spam folder, even if I have a responsive list and I have done a good warm-up? What is the acceptable spam rate in this case? Should it be 0%?
