What is the best email service provider for building a list? How much should I invest in ads before I know whether or not it is working? Are there any suggestions for improving my plan or any relevant threads that can help me?

How can I create a MailChimp Squeeze Page using HTML?

Does anyone know of a HTML template with integrated MailChimp support that I can use to create a Squeeze Page?
