What is the potential of your sales list through a deep sales funnel?

What are your thoughts on the correlation between promoting your own products and promoting affiliate products in terms of the amount of money you can earn per subscriber on your list each month? Do you think creating a deep funnel with upsells, downsells, and high ticket programs is worth the extra effort for the potential of increased revenue?

How can I create a MailChimp Squeeze Page using HTML?

Does anyone know of a HTML template with integrated MailChimp support that I can use to create a Squeeze Page? I am not looking for something too complex, something like Nature Effect HTML Squeeze Page Template | Webbzo would be great.
