Which companies allow affiliates and financial email marketing, like Constant Contact?

Is there a solution like Constant Contact that allows affiliates and loan type offers to be sent via email, and is not overly restrictive with regards to which merchants can be sent to? We had a Constant Contact account before, but we lost it due to sending emails to a merchant who was on many spam lists. Our emails are clean and opt-in, but other companies we have looked at seem to ban affiliate and loan offers. Are there any other options available, or would we be willing to purchase an existing Constant Contact account from someone?

Which email marketing service is the best alternative to Aweber?

Have you had any experience with an email service similar to Aweber that does not ban clickbank links with a spam score of 10, and is also around the same cost? Additionally, can you provide a guide or link to a guide on how to maintain a list and keep it alive? How can I create a MailChimp Squeeze Page using HTML?

Does anyone know of a HTML template with integrated MailChimp support that I can use to create a Squeeze Page? I am not looking for something too complex, something like Nature Effect HTML Squeeze Page Template | Webbzo would be great. I need to be able to replace the dummy info with my own and integrate my MailChimp list into the page.
