How can 1.5 million emails be sent safely?

What is the best strategy to “physically” ship out emails from my business list of emails obtained from purchasing and scraping web sites? Should I send all at once or divide over a period? Should I change my IP from time to time? Should I edit TXT records to make sender check more clear? Should I use a good temporary domain to send from (but different reply to) to prevent destroying my primary domain?

Which email marketing service is the best alternative to Aweber?

Have you had any experience with an email service similar to Aweber that does not ban clickbank links with a spam score of 10, and is also around the same cost? How can I create a MailChimp Squeeze Page using HTML?

Does anyone know of a HTML template with integrated MailChimp support that I can use to create a Squeeze Page? I am not looking for something too complex, something like Nature Effect HTML Squeeze Page Template | Webbzo would be great.
