How can I drive subscribers to my YouTube videos?

What are your thoughts on using other people’s content, such as educational YouTube videos, in emails to make them more interesting and enjoyable for readers? Would you suggest sending them as broadcast emails or setting them up in an auto-responder? How can you ensure that the videos you are linking to are still available, in case they get removed from YouTube?

How can I create a MailChimp Squeeze Page using HTML?

Does anyone know of a HTML template with integrated MailChimp support that I can use to create a Squeeze Page? I am not looking for something too complex, something like Nature Effect HTML Squeeze Page Template | Webbzo would be great.
