How can I send leads to two different email addresses using GR?

I am using Get Response Autoresponder and when setting up a campaign, I can only select one email address to receive Leads alerts. Is there any way to have the leads sent to two email addresses? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Which email marketing service is the best alternative to Aweber?

Have you had any experience with an email service similar to Aweber that does not ban clickbank links with a spam score of 10, and is also around the same cost? Additionally, can you provide a guide or link to a guide on how to maintain a list and keep it alive? How can I create a MailChimp Squeeze Page using HTML?

Does anyone know of a HTML template with integrated MailChimp support that I can use to create a Squeeze Page? I am not looking for something too complex, something like Nature Effect HTML Squeeze Page Template | Webbzo would be great. I need to be able to replace the dummy info with my own and integrate my MailChimp list into the page.
