How can I set up automated daily email delivery of a large batch in chronological order upon sign up?

Is there a way to deliver a batch of 365 emails to a new subscriber, one per day over the course of a year, and if so, what is the cheapest service to use? Thank you for your help, David.

Which email marketing service is the best alternative to Aweber?

Have you had any experience with an email service similar to Aweber that does not ban clickbank links with a spam score of 10, and is also around the same cost? How can I create a MailChimp Squeeze Page using HTML?

Does anyone know of a HTML template with integrated MailChimp support that I can use to create a Squeeze Page? I am not looking for something too complex, something like Nature Effect HTML Squeeze Page Template | Webbzo would be great. I need to be able to replace the dummy info with my own and integrate my MailChimp list into the page.
