How would you handle transitioning a prospective customer into a buyer using autoresponders?
Does anyone have any ideas on how to set up a system or workflow using a program such as MailChimp (or another one if it’s better) to manage a single list of customers and prospects, to avoid a situation like the one I experienced where a customer was sent autoresponders meant for prospective customers after they had already purchased, leading to a refund?
