Is there a PHP coder available to assist with troubleshooting my Permicity code?

Is there a PHP expert here who is knowledgeable when it comes to the SMTP protocol, MTAs, and email in general? I am in need of help fixing the code for the Permicity mailing platform and would like to know how much you would charge for such a service.

Which email marketing service is the best alternative to Aweber?

Have you had any experience with an email service similar to Aweber that does not ban clickbank links with a spam score of 10, and is also around the same cost? How can I create a MailChimp Squeeze Page using HTML?

Does anyone know of a HTML template with integrated MailChimp support that I can use to create a Squeeze Page? I am not looking for something too complex, something like Nature Effect HTML Squeeze Page Template | Webbzo would be great. I need to be able to replace the dummy info with my own and integrate my MailChimp list into the page.
