What are the benefits of using a pop-up optin form?

Is there a way to integrate Mailchimp and Icegram to create a pop-up form similar to Backlinko’s, where visitors can submit their information without being redirected to a welcome page? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Have you had any experience with an email service similar to Aweber that does not ban clickbank links with a spam score of 10, and is also around the same cost? How can I create a MailChimp Squeeze Page using HTML?

Does anyone know of a HTML template with integrated MailChimp support that I can use to create a Squeeze Page? I am not looking for something too complex, something like Nature Effect HTML Squeeze Page Template | Webbzo would be great. I need to be able to replace the dummy info with my own and integrate my MailChimp list into the page.
