What are the best ways to utilize Thrive Leads for maximum effectiveness?

What advice can you give me on getting people to opt in to my email list for my healthy living website? I have tried using the Getresponse plugin and Thrive Leads, but I haven’t had any success. I am considering trying a pop up form with a free ebook, but I am looking for other ideas that may work better. Do you have any suggestions?

Which email marketing service is the best alternative to Aweber?

Have you had any experience with an email service similar to Aweber that does not ban clickbank links with a spam score of 10, and is also around the same cost? How can I create a MailChimp Squeeze Page using HTML?

Does anyone know of a HTML template with integrated MailChimp support that I can use to create a Squeeze Page? I am not looking for something too complex, something like Nature Effect HTML Squeeze Page Template | Webbzo would be great.
