What are the disadvantages of using MailChimp?

What are the potential drawbacks of using MailChimp, given that it offers a free plan for those with fewer than 2000 subscribers? I would appreciate your input.

Have you had any experience with an email service similar to Aweber that does not ban clickbank links with a spam score of 10, and is also around the same cost? How can I create a MailChimp Squeeze Page using HTML?

Does anyone know of a HTML template with integrated MailChimp support that I can use to create a Squeeze Page? I am not looking for something too complex, something like Nature Effect HTML Squeeze Page Template | Webbzo would be great.
