What is the formula for calculating income per lead?

Is there any automated software or an easier way to calculate revenue per lead over a six-month period, other than coding a VBA Excel spreadsheet? I have a mailing list that I market my Teachable courses to, and I am able to make sales from it. I have already calculated income per lead by dividing revenue by leads, but I am looking for an easier way to find this information over a six-month period, if possible.

Have you had any experience with an email service similar to Aweber that does not ban clickbank links with a spam score of 10, and is also around the same cost? How can I create a MailChimp Squeeze Page using HTML?

Does anyone know of a HTML template with integrated MailChimp support that I can use to create a Squeeze Page? I am not looking for something too complex, something like Nature Effect HTML Squeeze Page Template | Webbzo would be great.
