What is a server timeout?

to fix this issue

Can anyone suggest a solution to the issue I’m having with sending newsletters from my own server for marketing? I’m seeing an error displayed on my monitoring screen that reads: “Error: connection closed by the remote host while connected from sub.domain.com (00.00.000.00) to mx3.hotmail.com (00.00.00.000)”. Is there any good news I can use to fix this issue quickly?

Have you had any experience with an email service similar to Aweber that does not ban clickbank links with a spam score of 10, and is also around the same cost? How can I create a MailChimp Squeeze Page using HTML?

Does anyone know of a HTML template with integrated MailChimp support that I can use to create a Squeeze Page? I am not looking for something too complex, something like Nature Effect HTML Squeeze Page Template | Webbzo would be great. I need to be able to replace the dummy info with my own and integrate my MailChimp list into the page.
