Which email marketing service is the most lenient when importing an old (large) list?

What email marketing service would you recommend for importing old, targeted email lists with around 100,000 subscribers, which have not been emailed in 1-3 years? The lists are double opt-in, but I expect a high rate of spam/unsubscribe complaints due to the age of the list. I have already been kicked off of GetResponse, so I am looking for a more lenient email service provider.

Which email marketing service is the best alternative to Aweber?

Have you had any experience with an email service similar to Aweber that does not ban clickbank links with a spam score of 10, and is also around the same cost? Additionally, can you provide a guide or link to a guide on how to maintain a list and keep it alive? How can I create a MailChimp Squeeze Page using HTML?

Does anyone know of a HTML template with integrated MailChimp support that I can use to create a Squeeze Page? I am not looking for something too complex, something like Nature Effect HTML Squeeze Page Template | Webbzo would be great. I need to be able to replace the dummy info with my own and integrate my MailChimp list into the page.
